1:1 Artist Mentoring
Online or in Person
Whether you're just beginning your creative journey or looking to take your practice to the next level, my tailored mentoring sessions are designed to provide the guidance, encouragement and practical support you need to move forward with confidence.
Mentoring is something I care deeply about. I love sharing my knowledge and experience of the art world, helping artists develop their creative voice, build sustainable practices and navigate the opportunities and challenges of a professional artistic career.
Every session is tailored to your individual goals and aspirations. Before we meet, I'll send you a detailed questionnaire to gain an understanding of your practice, ambitions and any areas you'd particularly like to focus on. Following each session, you'll receive a personalised summary of everything we discussed, along with any relevant recommendations, resources and useful links, so you can continue your development with clarity and purpose.

ARTISTS TESTIMONIALS:
‘Laura is a wise and gentle mentor. She has helped me look at my work and process objectively and enabled me to move forward in ways I could not have previously imagined. She has given me confidence to show my work and talk about it to others. I could not have got to where I am now in my mind set and career without her generous and skilful direction. It has truly been life changing.'
‘Laura’s 1:1 mentoring helped me define and achieve my art practice goals. Laura is warm, supportive, encouraging and generous. Over 12 months, we had a mixture of online as well as in-person sessions at Laura’s studio. The sessions helped me focus my studio practice and identify important themes in my work. I was able to create my artist statement, find confidence to talk about my art and launch a website. Laura’s mentoring guidance helped me find momentum and grow as an artist. I am eternally grateful for her support.’
’Whenever I have a mentoring session with Laura I come away feeling encouraged and energised. She is warm, calm, sensitive and empathic. She generously shares her knowledge and experience and she attunes to what is needed, always offering helpful feedback and exploring possibilities’ - Di Guttridge
